About Remote Support
As long as your computer has a working internet connection, our technicians can fix most problems remotely.
After connecting to our remote support, our technicians will have full control of your computer. Be sure to close any sensitive or private documents prior to connecting. A credit card is required prior to the support session starting. We will place a $35 hold on your card, and then charge any additional fees after the session has ended. In some cases your keyboard/mouse may be disabled during the session and your screen may appear blank, this is normal. If you intentionally close the session or disconnect the computer from the internet, you may be charged an additional $35 to reconnect.
