Will I lose my documents and pictures?
Unless there is severe damage to your computer, your documents and photos will be protected. We will fully scan all of your files to make sure they are free of infections before returning your computer
Will I lose my programs?
If we perform a "Level 2" virus removal, we will backup your files and then erase your entire hard drive. This procedure will require us to reinstall any applications on your computer. If you provide us with the original discs and license information, we can reinstall most applications for you.
What if my machine still has a warranty?
Manufacturer warranties do not typically cover software issues. Your warranty most likely would not cover a virus removal.
