Will I lose the information on my device?
It will depend on the type of repair we are doing. Most devices syncronize photos, contacts, and calendars to a cloud service (iCloud for Apple Products, and Google for Android Products), which means you can usually get most of your information back if we had to reset it.
Will It Void My Warranty?
Software repairs will not void your warranty. Your warranty is already void if you physically damage the device (such as dropping it or getting it wet).
Is There A Warranty on The Repair?
We will guarantee our parts and labor for 90 days. This is a limited warranty and does not cover neglect or accidental damage.
What Do I Do If It Got Wet?
If your device got wet, turn it off immediately and don't use it. If possible place it in a container of dry white rice to obsorb the moisture.
What if I have insurance?
If you have an insurance policy with the manufacturer or carrier, check the cost of your deductible and repair time. In many cases the cost of the repair is less than your insurance deductible. In most cases we can repair your device quicker than the insurer.
