Do I need the cd?
If the software cannot be dowloaded from the vendor's website, you will need to provide us with the installation media.
Do I need a serial number?
We can only install software that you have a valid license for. If the software needs a serial number, or license key you will need to provide it. In some cases, you may be able to retrieve your license information from an online account (such as Adobe and Microsoft).
